Bottles and Brushes art class ABAC museum | Community Spirit
TIFTON, GA - News release from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College
Participants can learn to paint in a creative atmosphere when the Bottles and Brushes art class takes place on May 18 from 6-9 p.m. at the Georgia Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
While enjoying their favorite beverage, aspiring artists will recreate “Vintage Truck” by Brenda Rose.
Rose will guide participants through the process of recreating the original picture, while a piece of art materializes before their eyes.
The Gallery at the Museum will provide the paint, canvas and brushes.
“After receiving many requests to paint a vintage truck during one of this summer’s Bottles & Brushes classes, we are happy to offer this painting to our students in May,” said Polly Huff, Museum Gallery Coordinator from the ABAC Arts Connection.
There is a fee of $25 per person for the class or $40 for a couple. Participants must register ahead of time by contacting Huff at (229) 391-5222 or by emailing her at email@example.com.
Space is limited so early registration is important.
Companies who are looking for a unique team-building experience or a way to reward exceptional employees can participate in the corporate edition of Bottles and Brushes.
The corporate Bottles and Brushes painting will be custom-tailored to fit each company’s mascot, theme, or idea.
Huff said the Bottles and Brushes series will offer a class at least once a month. Gift certificates are available for future classes.
