Moultrie Technical College President Tina Anderson announced the list of students who distinguished themselves with exemplary grades during the Fall 2011 semester. Students are awarded an academic honor and named to the President’s List or the Merit List for their accomplishments.
Students are placed on the President’s List providing they are full-time students taking at least 12 credit hours and have a 4.0 grade point average (GPA). Those students on the Merit List are also full-time taking at least 12 credit hours, have a 3.5 to 3.99 GPA and no academic grade below a “B.”
The students also received satisfactory work ethics grades in performance factors such as attendance, punctuality, teamwork, professionalism, participation, safety and problem solving – all qualities which are important to employers when graduates are conducting their job searches.
